Thịt bò cuộn cà rốt với lớp thịt bò chín đều thơm phức vào lấy nhân cà rốt hấp dẫn. Món thích hợp để thay đổi khẩu vị cả nhà vào những ngày cuối tuần đấy. Cùng làm thử nhé!
Cà rốt gọt bỏ, cắt làm đôi mỗi củ và cắt miếng nhỏ dài. Hòa 1 muỗng canh rượu mirin và 1 muỗng canh nước tương vào chén.
Cho cà rốt vào chén, để vào lò vi sóng khoảng 3-4 phút để cà rốt được chần qua (thời gian tùy thuộc vào độ dày của cà rốt).
Thịt bò mua về rửa sạch, cắt miếng dài. Thịt bò ướp cùng với 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối và 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Đặt 2-3 miếng cà rốt vào giữa mỗi miếng thịt bò trải trên mặt phẳng và cuộn lại sao cho thịt quấn chặt cà rốt.
Tẩm thịt đã cuộn vào chén bột bắp, lăn qua lăn lại cho đều.
Trong chảo không dính, cho dầu ăn vào đun sôi trên lửa vừa. Cho thịt bò cuộn vào chiên cho đến khi vàng nâu và để cà rốt được chín.
Đổ nước sốt vào chảo và đun sôi khoảng vài phút nữa cho đến khi nước sốt sánh đặc lại và quyện đều vào thịt cuộn.
