Trước tiên bạn cho 1 chút giấm, muối vào thịt ba chỉ rồi bóp sơ qua sau đó rửa lại vài lần cho sạch sẽ, để ráo nước.
Cho thịt ba chỉ vào âu cùng với hạt nêm, tiêu, nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối rồi xoa đều khắp miếng thịt cho thịt ngấm gia vị, ướp thịt 20 phút. Sau đó, đổ 1 lon bia vào cùng và ngâm khoảng 20 phút nữa cho thịt ngấm mùi vị bia, sau 20 phút thì chắt bỏ bớt bia nếu bia nhiều quá. Tiếp theo bạn cho bột chiên giòn vào cùng và trộn đều để miếng thịt áo 1 lớp mỏng bột bên ngoài.
Đặt chảo lên bếp và cho nhiều dầu vào chảo đun cho dầu nóng mới cho thịt ba chỉ vào chiên ở lửa vừa, khi miếng thịt chuyển màu vàng thì lật trở thịt để chiên tiếp. Miếng thịt chín và có màu vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu sau đó thái miếng vừa ăn.
