Trái bơ lột vỏ, bỏ hạt rồi cắt thành từng miếng nhỏ sau đó cho vào máy xay sinh tố. Sau đó, thêm vào 45ml nước cốt dừa, 150ml sữa tươi, 1/2 lon sữa đặc rồi xay nhuyễn mịn.
Dùng máy đánh trứng đánh bông 200ml whipping cream với 15g đường. Sau đó, cho hỗn hợp bơ đã xay mịn lúc nãy vào trộn đều tới khi hòa quyện. Cho kem vào hộp và bỏ vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh tối thiểu khoảng 8 tiếng là có thể dùng được rồi.
